the rafters. But before we could do that, we needed to lift the steel

Finally back to rafters. Here, we've got the living room roof done, a few sheets of plywood down to carry the hips and valleys that come back to the garage, the tails on and we're ready to trim tails and install facia. Then it's 1x6 cedar soffits on the overhangs and then plywood.

A day we wondered would ever happen plywood on
the roof.

Once we got our plywood down we covered it with tarpaper and were ready for windows.

in. We don't have the upper, angled windows yet, but what we do have makes

I've been waiting for the day we installed the bank of windows in the
stairwell. A 3-story bank of windows. Wow! |

An exterior shot with most of the windows in. The scaffolding hides the lines of the house, but we'll just have to wait until the siding is done to see what it looks like.
