Retaining Walls

What a month! Rain, more rain, wind, and did I mention rain? I haven't updated this site in a month because I don't have an underwater camera.

Above is a shot of the retaining walls formed up, the office building to the left and a sea of mud in the foreground. It has been a little dreary. But the foundation crew finally got the walls poured and stripped, and we're starting to backfill, as you can see from the below, taken from the top of the "outdoor classroom" area.

Things are getting a little better. Here you're standing with the Boyden Studio to your left and the Morley House behind you. This area will be filled (next page), compacted and an exposed aggregate slab poured.
