October — November
We got started on this job the second week or so of October. Compared the the complicated house we were on before, this went almost too fast to keep up. A couple of days for the footings, a week for the foundation walls and, boom, we were ready to start framing.
We've got the first two beams in over the garage. Below right, we've got the walls framed in the garage and below left we've started the floor joists.

Once our walls were framed we brought in a small truck crane to set the ridge beams.
In the pictures below, we're setting the beam in the bedroom, and the round pole in the living room.
After that it was on to rafters.
