Every once in awhile we got to escape the chaos inside and do someting fun outside. Here, we're milling the fir beams that go between the soffits. | ||

| The light isn't good enough or my camera isn't good enough to really pick up how pretty these beams are. And the texture left by the bandsaw was gorgeous. All day we couldn't keep our hands off these beams — touching them, sweeping the sawdust off them. Pretty touchy-feely. | |||
