It's a little frustrating to get a floor plan big enough to see but small enough to download quickly, but this gives some idea of the layout. The main floor and garage are on one level, with bedrooms below the main level, as you can see from the section drawing below. the site is on a hillside looking west out at the ocean, with Cape Kiwanda slightly to the north.
